I definitely feel this way, too. I used to be in fandoms for maybe a couple years, if even, before I moved on. Chrono Crusade outlasted some others with about 3 years, I think…? But then Princess Tutu came along… And I was never the same again. I first saw PT in April/May 2006. It is 2012 now and I’m still active as hell in the fandom, still love the series to death, and rewatch it at least once a year. I’ve seen some other new things here and there, and I’ve liked some of them, but it’s seriously like nothing else can compare to it. I’m left feeling a little empty because (irrationally) it’s not Princess Tutu. I’ve felt SO inspired by the series and I just can’t let the characters go. ;-;
Very few series- books, movies etc. - stay with me the way Princess Tutu does. I love a lot of things, but there are a small group that always remain with me no matter what, and PT is one of them.

Sometimes I like to draw Fakir and Mytho in my style. Fakir turned out very muscular, but the guy is a ballet dancer, so he would be. Mytho’s all hunched in on himself or you’d see more of his muscles too.
This is one of the many times after getting back the heart shard of fear when Mytho would have had to be rocked to sleep like a little child. I honestly don’t know how comfortable this position would be, but as they’ve both passed out I don’t suppose it matters much.
